Good purchase, fits smaller than an American small (length and waist), so choose size carefully. Lined. NOTE there are sequins sewn into skirt. I am not into glitter, but it is not vert noticeable, and subtle. Took longer to get than expected and arrived the day after the delivery cut-off.
