Soon after the dispute period for the previous order expired, the seller cancelled this replacement order. I disputed this order and was refunded for this order only. Whoever handled the dispute did not respond to the question I asked in the dispute, about how I can now be compensated for the previous product that I did not receive and that this order was to deliver. The seller did not respond to the dispute at all. Summary: I paid for product but never received it, now there is nothing I can do. Communication was not good. Reply time for each message was slow. Time to reduce cost of replacement and actually send it was very slow.
