The box looks nice, the hinges and hardware all work well, and the drawer opens and closes smoothly. The box is not wood, but only a thin wooden veneer. The veneer on the bottom left and right side of the drawer rubbed off in transit, revealing the low-quality particle board beneath. It's still not a bad purchase for the price, but it's only technically a wooden box.
