The Espresso Coffee Maker arrived on time. On unpacking, I discovered that the water tank and the water tank lid were damaged in transport. I contacted the seller and was promised a replacement immediately. I gave the seller the benefit of doubt. To date – I have not been informed if the replacement was shipped – promises of shipment yes, proof of shipment no. On making coffee (with a patched up water tank) I found that the espresso was lukewarm. I contacted the seller again. First was asked to make a video, check if the temperature came up to 92°C. It did not. Now I am told that it should only come up to 70°C. This is akin to moving the goalpost. I really wanted to give the seller every opportunity to earn 5 stars – unfortunately I was disappointed.
the machine was delivered in a schort periode of time. It fuctions very good.
