The seller confirmed twice that it can be opened from outside when there's a key inside. He didn't mention that the inside key must be perfectly horizontal to be pushed by outside key. Of it's turned even 1 degree, you can't open from outside! A useful cylinder for me Paid 7 times the price sold in store and the seller didn't admit his lie...
Also, it's delivered with 10 keys, not 12 and without any Chinese zodiac engraving.
