The helmet arrived deformed due to it being crushed on 1 side during shipping. I contacted company and told me to fix by using stick. A couple of days later I used the helmet and the protection screen distorted in shape. A few weeks later I used the helmet and the auto darkening would stop while in the middle of a weld of course this blinded me. I contacted the store to notify them of this and they have not replaced the unit or been helpful to repair. They offered a look through and I asked if this would fix the problem. No reply. Had I known these issues I would not have bought from this store. My 15 year old helmet is again being used and I'll purchase a new helmet from a local company
