The item has arrived relatively quickly, in about 3 weeks in bulletproof packaging, wrapped in thick bubble wrap both inside and outside the box. I've received a packet of colorful incense cones too as a gift, which has a mild scent (not the unbearable, strong smell that's typical of low-quality cones). The smoke flows down to the middle, where it continues on the back. So you can see the flow on both sides. The seller had good communication, and I recommend ordering from them.
