send folded through just plastic packaging. All the flowers have arrived in very bad shape, can not use them at all. Tried to fix but very badly folded and not fixable. Should have use some protective packaging. Not satisfied at all. Just waste of money. Can not even return as I do not want to pay for the return postage. Not recomemded.
