came smudge bottom is not consistance. but feel pretty stiff delivery was pretty fast... have not tested as yet ....

Ordered 350mm received 400mm. Lucky for the seller the seat tube on the bike down to the top bottle cage bolt is just long enough to fit a 400mm post for my saddle height, else I'd have demanded a refund. It's obviously heavier than I'd have reasonably expected due to the length of unneeded tubing, hence the 2 stars rating.
