Received a non working item, logged a complaint but nothing was done about it case closed!unbelievable! took months to get here, waste of time and money, software disc was faulty also. Poor communication, first purchase on AliExpress and certainly won’t be purchasing from this seller again. Very disappointed to say the least. All I wanted was a fair return and replacement and a prompt reply when contacted. Do you care about your customers?
