Paper supply arrived in the expected timeframe however one sine was pushed is as the photo shows. There was 1 screw loose inside the unit which was managed to be extracted before power was connected and without dismantle the unit. Multi meter shows 23.94v. Fa n is nice and quiet. The unit seems to be fine even with the slight damage
