Item was shipped quite fast, worked first time, everything is in order. There could have been a description as to where to get the software (you can still seach and find this online). The adapters are great too. Already tested read and write with the main ZIF socket and one adapter and both worked great. The only criticism I can offer here is that in the shipping option I chose Fedex, but this was delivered using DHL which is very bad, hence my Neutral on the Service, otherwise, I would have given service a 5 star.
