So far the product seems to be what it is supposed to do. my dissatisfaction has only to do with my shipping/handling . sadly my request to only put in the order amount in stead of order amount + shipping cost was ignored, even though confirmed via email. the total order amount was eur 18 what was written on the box was usd 34 ( which actualy should be more like usd 19,50 ) Because it is more then 20, tax must be paid. the tax itself is not the problem ( about 4 usd) , but the handling costs made by the postal office costs about 18 usd . In total the product suddenly became about 20 euro more expensive because of this . and i specifically asked not write a value above usd 20.
