sata connectors have 12 of 15 pins, is missing 3.3v pins, check whatever you plan to plug in is 5v or 12v. Other than that, looks good, has the 2 wires reversed from molex to sata as it should. Haven't actually used it because its for a future project but correctly configured to the best of my knowledge!
