I ordered the item on the 11th of November 2020 and I still haven’t received it. I had to open a dispute to get my refund three times because the seller refused to give me back my refund even after messaging them to explain to them that I did not receive my order after over 3 months of waiting! I also explained to them that the tracking information had not been updated for over two months so I don’t think I’m gonna receive the order. The seller increased the purchase protection days so I don’t receive my refund. And they kept Replying that I should just keep waiting. Honestly this was my worst experience from a seller on AliExpress.
Finally after over 3 months and Aliexpress had to resolve the dispute and gave me my refund!
I never received parcel... and I wait 4 months madly.. now dispute is also finished.. whats this? I want my money back... why ali express not judge this..he know parcel never received..then why dispute finished
