Although the cartridges fit the brother printer Model MFC- J4620DW the printer says CANNOT DETECT as the microchip is diferrent. The first photo is from the previous cartridge and the second one from the new cartridge from you. This is the black one..I tried reinstalling them but the printer will not accept them.However this printer model is listed in your online product information above. So i want a refund as they are next to useless ie they don't work as the printer will not accept them. regards Martin
