Fits my narrow-wide oval chainring although the protection is perfectly symmetric. My 38T chainring is a bit shifted so there is two symmetric spots where the bicycle chain is very slightly exposed. It's OK, there is no product that offer this level of protection and it was hard to find this one. I'm happy with it and I was fully aware that the result would not be 100% perfect. FInally, it will do the job and fit nicely in most cases.
