In the order I bought 2 chargers, 2 BMS and 12 18650 batteries. The seller only sent the 2 chargers and the 2 BMS, he has NOT sent me the 12 batteries. As the order was tracked, when the shipment arrived, the delivery of the package was certified. Start a dispute explaining that the package had indeed arrived, but that the package did NOT contain the 12 purchased batteries. Aliexpres has ignored my claim indicating that the package had arrived and, for more, that I have explained that the 12 batteries were missing, they have NOT attended to me. I am very angry and disappointed, both with the seller and with Aliexpress. Be careful with both.
Estoy extremadamente enfadado tanto el vendedor como con AliExpress, a pesar de haber seguido esperando a recibir las 12 baterias 18650 compradas (19,62€ pagados), nunca las he recibido. El vendedor es un estafador, compré 3 items diferentes, el vendedor sólo envío los 2 más baratos. Cómo el tracking dice haber llegado el paquete, Aliexpress NO me ha hecho ningún caso. Ya estoy comprando más en Amazon, de hecho durante todo el mes de enero no he comprado nada en Aliexpress, a partir de ahora, sólo compraré lo necesario.
Seller did not fulfill the order in 2months. I asked to ship the goods and then seller issued a tracking number, but it was a generic one that was useless. After dispute opened, they revealed all was a lie as refund was done. Lier!
