I am using this filter for 2 weeks now.It arrived in a perfect condition. It fits well in my shower. My skin get dried even in July because the water of Budapest is really hard. I can say it softens water beyound my expectations and i can see my skin not extra dried anymore even in october. However, if your skin is sensitive like mine then intiail 2-3 baths u might feel a very minor itching. But my gone away now. Moreovert he instrcutions were very clear. i was able to adjust everything by myself very quickly. the more important thing is the flow of water. It was perfectly good opposite to my expectations. Also the communication with seller was smooth. The product arrived to my place witin expected time and good packaging. I love the metal outside as it perfectly match with my shower. Nothing looks really ugly. thanks alot. i guess i will order again after 6 months.
