I would not know how bad this is as I never received the product. They showed me a video of how much the total package weights but realistically that's useless for me. They kept asking me to go the post office and get the weight of the package. Not sure how they do business in China but you can't just go into a post office and ask them what was the weight for t hat package.

Adhesive of a very low quality was unable to stick it on dashboard, instead used vent mount that I tried to avoid using in first place.
