Shipment to Lithuania took ~80 days (ordered on 2020.11.11, received in the beginning of February 2021). Power Bank looks and feels solid. Unfortunately, none of these smartphones were able to reach more than 18W of charging power (tried supplied cable as well as cables from original chargers): OnePlus 8 Pro, Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei P30 Pro, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. So the question is is there any difference between this 65W and 40W models.
