Product defects and AS were handled by the manufacturer through the efforts of the seller.
Item arrived faster than I had expected, especially over the Christmas holidays (8 days). The charger has a very secure ventq fixture. The charger has a weighted non driven lower clamp and the phone is then held in place by 2 arms with rubber pads on the sides of the charger. The unit is beautifully constructed, having an led charging indicator at the top of the unit, metal clamping arms and good quality plastic throughout. The phone is removed by touching a spot on the top right of the rear of the charger. This works very effectively once initially found and opens and shuts very quickly. The charger comes with a 1m micro USB lead. This is my one criticism, I would have preferred a longer C USB lead.
