Well packed, matches description, tested with Baofeng BF-9700 and works very well. Be aware that some external mics are wired using only 4 wires (although you see 5 pogo pins) and the speaker pops loud every time the amplifier turns on and off - which is very frequently. The problem is that Speaker- is connected to ground to save 1 wire. This set HAS NOT this problem, uses full Motorola style wiring and WORKS WELL! Thanks.
