The brush is exactly as it is described. The wood is well-processed and smooth. The cushion is realy soft that makes brushing my hair pleasant. I'm really satisfied with the purchase. It took 41 days to be delivered, but it is ELTA's problem - they delivered it only after us calling them yesterday. fei chang xie xie laobannian. The brush is of good quality but very hard, scratches head and can pull out hair. I have bought this because other customers wrote that the brush is soft. Is it only me who has received a hard brush?
