this has been a HORRIBLE experience. waited 3 mo nths just to find out I never even got my order when it infact said on the tracking that it has been delivered. calIled the post office only to find that they can't find the order so.. i never got it. I have been arguing for a month now with someone on the messenger part of Ali app. no number to call. they won't refund me but instead said we can send you another parcel will you wait?? so who knows if that is just another prolonged scam idea if theirs
I never received my product!!! been 3 months. still arguing to get this situation corrected. NEVER AGAIN!!
