Item: BT-B19 Bluetooth audio tx/rx delivered (to France) within 3 weeks, packaging & condition fine. Included: USB, RCA-3.5mm, 3.5-3.5mm and optical leads (all around 30-40cm). No USB charger. Quality of the leads is ok for the price. Small adapter (60x60mm), so far works fine in tx mode (after a few days). I've not tried it in rx mode. Volume controls would improve the product - when connected to my TV via optical lead I can't control the volume - the earphones do not have volume control, the TV outputs at "line" or "RF" level and won't change the volume - i changed to 3.5mm audio input from TV headphone socket instead - but this means i have to plug it in when i want to use it (as the TV mutes the TV speakers) rather than being able to leave it permanently connected with the fibre optic connection. I've been watching stuff dubbed in French but the latency for the brief bit of content i watched in english looked to be in sync.
The audio quality is very good, you can see the difference when connect an older or newer device streaming audio. I have an old audio receiver and now I can connect my mobile, very satisfied with this product.
