speak only about front seats as wont place it in the rear.once you place it and sit then your lumbar really feels good.but you need to adjust the steering wheel to a highest position.i would say it is a bit too big for kia ceed3 (from 2019 and onwards).will use it ainly on long trips as not very convenient when you are frequantly getting in and out of the car.but the product is really nice.
