its just very thick foam. its does not have any metal inbetween to make it rigid(hard) or to give it strength. the glue on the back does not seem strong but i have not tried it yet. it looks like it will leave residue when removed so be careful with it. price good for 1/4" thick foam. quick shipping, quick delivery.
i think you should spend more money on one that has aluminum in it. if you do need to take it off use some type of freezing method or spray. do not use heat or it will stick more
