Good quality item.
The wipers got here finally. Order was placed four days before the start of the long Chinese New Year holiday. The seller processed and shipped the order 34 days later. For whatever reason, on February 28th, Chinese Customs rejected the shipment. It appeared that the seller did not deal with the issue until another month or so later. In light of the aftermath from the COVID-19 outbreak and the long national holiday, some delay would have been understandable. However, this particular transaction took 3 months and 17 days to complete. How can any buyer be happy with that outcome. Free shipping through "AliExpress Standard Shipping" was included in the purchase price. Realizing the delay, the seller appeared to have paid for express delivery through ePacket. While the windshield wipers did come exactly as ordered, I will be reluctant with purchasing from this seller again.
