Why is he showing pics of colors manufactured by a company on model cars instead of the colors on nails? Obviously he's trying to scam people and thinks nothing of it. If anyone does this to you, file dispute. For any reason the dispute does not return your money, then call your credit card company used to pay him, file a charge back. Yes it's a headache to write it out and file with credit card. Take screen shots of ads and pics shown, but you will get refunded 100% by bank first, then bank will take back from seller. This person should not be allowed to do this to honest people. This is who represents the Hali company. How many people out there now want to actually purchase from this business if they stoop to these kind of practices? What kind of products will you really receive from this kind of people.... makes you wonder.
