Shipping box packed well. Two nozzles initially appear to be the same, no bent/hooked ones unfortunately. No upsale info on additional items you can get. Quality of build is higher than expectations. Press button on handle briefly to to turn on. Manual is in english but badly designed, bad english. Only support a phone number provided in support section. Should also have included a silicone glove or mat as clip on stand doesn't function well (poor design). Flexible air tube is about 10-20cm shorter than would be preferred, but would minimise how far away (on a shelf) it could be. Would be great to deaden the beep tone when pressing buttons. (mod#1)
