This cable is very good in connection with the "ATAUDIO Hifi XLR Plug Hi-end Carbon Fiber Rhodium-plated XLR Cable Male and Female Connectors". The main reason I ordered the cable without connectors was because I can make every cable down to the centimeter. I need it to connect my AV-processor McIntosh MX123 with the surround amplifier Yamaha MX-A5200. Since I switch from my cheap XLR cables to these, the sound was getting much better.
