This item doesn't really fit a normal size western man. I am 178cm tall and I weigh 85kg and the strap doesn't fit unless i move the velcro to the very edge but the it is not stable. also the pockets are really thin so they don't fit so many things. it's a great idea and could be perfect for a shorter smaller size man or woman. But I'll never use this product.

absolutely useless thing. pockets are too small for mobile phone. doesn't follow body shape, not convenient.
