never received, the seller don't want to refund!

My product is not in my possesion, i paid extra shipping to get the product faster and didn't get it. Asked the seller to resend, telling him rhat my order was made on 09 september with paid ahipping so it should have been in my possesion by now. He hopes, and I quote: "I can calm down". Avoud this store!!!
