The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE, seller do not respond to my product inquiry!?!? I have recently bought some Aqara T1 and T2 switches and motion sensors and a Mijia smart home gateway and downlights, I couldn't get it to work, I managed to pair the motion sensors with the Mi app but I can not pair the switches and downlights. I also tried the Aqara apps but also not detect anything, Am I missing something? Do I need to buy an Aqara hub inorder to pair the switches and downlights?
