I am 179cm (73kg, Chest 83cm), took size S/M and fits perfectly! Looks exactly like on the pictures. The vest is not very big, but has lot of space and lots of pockets. It has an emergency whistle and an emergency blanket was included as a gift. The material stretches well and the size is adjustable on the chest and hips. Shipping to Europe 3 weeks. Good value for money
