I bought three of these. Door stop appears well constructed, but not as strong as expected. On one door it worked fine because the door was very low to the ground. On two other doors, the distance was greater and the magnet would not work. I had to cut a circular block of wood to fit in between so it would make contact. Otherwise it would just pass over the magnet with no connection. This defeats the purpose of having a low profile door stop, and now it would be easier for someone to trip and fall over. It would be helpful to describe maximum distance for magnet to work.
