2 of 12 figurines came damaged. Seller advised that i could fix the damage myself which is pretty irresponsible. They was not able to replace just the damaged figures so I opted for a refund. Aliexpress dispute closed before I could send products back (delay due to COVID) and now I cannoy get them to reopen the dispute. Not happy with Aliexpress about this either.
Had a further issue with returning the product but seller has not responded to messages. In fact, it looks as if they have blocked comms. Very disappointed with customer service from store. Aliexpress has not been helpful either. Would not buy from this seller again.
