Amazing support good delivery here are my thoughts +cheap +autoleveling +print quality +software +packaging +support +and a lot more -autoleveling does not work sometimes and almost crack the board be careful -a small mistakes could destroy the whole print -a bit hard to put together -makes a lot of noise All together an amazing printer for the price if you consider buying buy it immediately it is totally worth it It took about a week to deliver
