Just a suggestion to the manufacturer, in New Zealand/ Australia where the plug type this product is designed for, sockets are actually orientated the opposite way up. So unfortunately the product can only be plugged in upside down. also the way the unit is manufactured doesn't allow for the socket or screen to be rearranged to the correct way up if disassembled by the user
