product came fine. took some longer time because customs. good product overal, but don't meet my expectations. most of time connects to my hotspot automatically, but since a few days need to connect manually or doesn't connect or see it al (my hotspot is 2,4g and can be seen by other devices).. unit doesn't use the standard factory mic of ford, but the internal one in the front next to the display. so order I'd with the mic because factory mic is not supported. asked seller many times for a manual but hasn't provided one yet. and last for me it has lack of customisation. can't change the standard driving screen and setup the default music application. also screen is really really sensitive, when I scroll through the app pages opens various apps while I only want to go to the next page.
