It needs plugin power, works ok with my Sony A6300, it sounds like an omni microphone. Compared to my sennheiser lavalier, needs defininition, and it's bit low on treble,but for the price is ok.

Sound quality is OK
It's really a good product. I have tested it, sound looks good. I can't even hear the noise. I will test it for recording afterwards
