The product itself is good but the customer service was not a good experience. I purchased this cage with the handle on the Black Friday sale but they told me they could not honor the sale price. They forced me to cancel my order and re-order without the sale price. I felt like I was being scammed because they promised one price but then backed out of the deal at the last moment and made me cancel the order. I would not trust their sale prices, or trust them at all really.

They are actually a really good seller, i was upset because They didnt let me get the discount but when i really think about it, the discount was quite high due to their sellers discount on top of the black friday sale made the price really low. I liked it but they apparently did not, so they kindly told me thay could not sell both t he xage and top handle for the price of the cage which is about $33 U.S. dollars. I like the cage a lot and I like theor other products as well so after thinking it over I wish I could give them 3 stars instead of 1, maybe even 4, more like 3.6 out of 5.
