The product came as described and look as on the pictures. Battery and the hovercraft work well. BUT be careful where you use it, as it works only on smooth surfaces. Roads or dirt are not working as it won't move with the remote control. Any smooth surface as you probably have at home, works well with it. I like it and I am satisfied with it, just that I can't really use it outside is a little sad for me. On water I wasn't able to check it yet :)
