Product came as described. Worked well until I tried to import files. Since then it's stuck on purple light (which means pairing mode) once I plug the AC adapter even without the usb cable. Doesn't work at all now.

Great looper pedal, easy to use, sturdy construction. There is a noticeable gap when the loop happens, only complaint.
