the seller does not respond to my complaint! The device does not work properly, the device has flicker. The device does not work in the 0.10V dimmer mode! The device does not conform to the description! The device is different from the one chosen!

Different model came than in the description. I understand it’s more advanced model that came. But I purchased one in addition of another item purchased in same store before. The received item is higher and has no grounding. Plus it turns the light linearly increasing the brightness. Initial one turns it on immediately. So my two lights now don’t match ((
Bought 2 items, got one broken - led is blinking permanently (no dimmers are connected)
