Not only does the shock come without any oil in it (that was expected), but the piston does not have holes, and so filling with oil is useless, there is no damping effect. Not sure what are those made for but certainly not oil filled shocks.

Only the screws and shocks where in the package, the balljoints like shown on the advertised photo for the 2 shocks where not in the package. Springs are good.
