<<< AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! >>> Seller is cheap, dishonest and greedy, saved on proper packaging, so item arrived damaged. Seller asked for forgivness of his greed and offered £0.29 refund. Bad joke and absolute an insult. The seller asking for forgiveness of his fault and want to keep my money. Are buyers some the kind of charity boxes? Looks like some Aliexpress based sellers perceive us like this. Any purchase is the contract. I paid my money for new, unused undamaged item. So, seller must take any reasonable steps to deliver order as it was described. Otherwise this is called a breach of contract Dispute filled for the full refund through Aliexpress dispute. AVOID this seller at any cost! Maybe reducing sales in will teach how the customers should be treated. Usually I do spend few minutes to leave great feedbacks with photos to all the sellers, because they are great with great products and the superb attitude towards customer. But this one is defenetly highly NOT reccomended!
Aliexpress took side of the seller and refused full refund. Very interesting policy, seller did not provided proper packaging, but customer was punished. Absolutely dishonest system. Aliexpress must re-think their standards. Absolutely unhappy. I have not got what I paid for, but damaged in international transit item. Shame for both the seller and Aliexpress. The lesson - never buy from little, low selling, low feedback Aliexpress shops. Use only reputable shops who is proud of the their business.
