The caps I received are Changing, not Rubycon as the pictures show. The text description does not indicate the brand and the price matches off brand parts. The 3 units I received were 8700, 8900, 9000uF (10-13% at 20c) with ESR is 0.28 ohms. Good enough for the price. I would have bought them even if accurately described.
