From order to delivery at home in EU in 90 days. Already fired up the dispute because seller did not extend time. Fortunately the shipment came in so I can cancel the dispute. The shim corresponds to measures, so 28.6 on the outside and 25.4 on the inside. Will use on vintage bike with a 1" fork to use a standard 28.6 stem. Really recommend product if you doing this kind of conversion.
